SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Once our system processes your order, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours and will be delivered in 5-10 working days excluding Sunday's and public holiday's.
We deliver PAN India. We charge a shipping fee of ₹100 for orders below ₹2500 and free shipping for all orders above ₹2500.
Your package will be handed over to one of our trusted delivery partner's (Delhivery, Xpressbee & Postal Service). Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
RETURNING
Your happiness is important to us! We allow a 3 days return policy for products unopened, unused, not damaged and in perfect state including the freebies. For any return issues please contact care@nuizon.in so we can solve this for you. Note that any returns are on customers own cost. It’s not possible to exchange your items.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable / Non-Replaceable Items
While we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, please note that we do not offer exchanges for our vitamin C serums. To maintain their quality, we store these serums in cool temperatures until they are shipped to you, thus minimizing the risk of oxidation. However, pure vitamin C is prone to oxidation when exposed to hot weather conditions during transit, which is beyond our control. Therefore, pure vitamin C products are the only items for which we cannot accommodate exchanges.
